To confirm the reservation we require a valid credit card at the time of the booking, in some cases a deposit might be needed.
The hotel might check validity of the credit card at any time.
The balance of the reservation must be paid at the cancellation policy deadline, as such the balance can be requested:
14 days prior to the arrival as default cancellation policy for refundable plans.
There may be some exceptions in low season where the cancellation policy may differ*.
Attention: for multiple or group bookings different conditions may apply.
At the time of the booking – for all travel periods for non-refundable plans.
*please always refer to payment and cancellation policies that are advised in your voucher or confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
in case of cancellation: default: free cancellation until 15 days before arrival
you will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show
for periods with a different cancellation policy (e.g. 2, 5 or 7 days) the 100 % cancellation fee will apply respectively for cancellation in the 2, 5 or 7 days before arrival, or in case of no show
Non Refundable Rate: you will be charged the total price if you cancel your booking.
Covid19 Cancellation Policy
Should there be any certified problem related to Covid19 that could prevent a confirmed guest from travelling (e.g. lockdown, a positive Covid swab, a quarantine, etc) happening in the penalty window, the guest could send a written cancellation request along with the relevant documentation and, if applicable, we will issue a voucher worth the total amount paid that can be used as credit for a future stay at Canne Bianche_ within 12 months from the issue date.
Cancellation request must be promptly sent to email@example.com for consideration.
This special policy is not applicable in case of no-show.
