1. Accessibility Requirements

The requirements for digital accessibility are outlined in Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, which implements EU Directive 2019/882 and refers to the technical standard UNI EN 301549.

In particular, the website's compliance must be evaluated according to the criteria outlined in Chapters 9 ("Web") and 10 ("Non-web content"), which refer to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, levels A and AA.

The four fundamental principles of digital accessibility as defined by WCAG 2.1 are:

  • Perceivable – Content is presented clearly and understandably;
  • Operable – The interface is easily navigable by all users;
  • Understandable – Information and operations are intuitive and easy to interpret;
  • Robust – The site is compatible with common assistive technologies.

Technical analysis was carried out according to UNI EN 301549, which clearly lists 50 success criteria for verifying a website’s accessibility. The evaluation covered textual and non-textual content, downloadable documents and forms, and two-way interactions such as the handling of digital forms and completion of authentication, identification, and payment processes.

Excluded Areas

Article 1, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 82/2022 specifies that the provisions of the decree do not apply to the following website and mobile app content:

  • Time-based media published before June 28, 2025;
  • Office file formats published before June 28, 2025;

  • Online maps and mapping services where essential information is provided in an accessible digital format;
  • Third-party content not funded, developed, or controlled by the economic operator;
  • Archived content not updated or edited after June 28, 2025.

This website is partially compliant with the requirements outlined in Appendix A of UNI CEI EN 301549. As the site was published before June 28, 2025, the company plans to achieve full compliance upon release of a future updated version.

This accessibility statement also recognizes issues resolved via UserWay PRO as compliant, since the changes fulfill the success criteria required by current regulations.
