Small pastry school
“Buonavia” is a new project with an exclusively humanitarian and social scope born from the collaboration between Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel and the non-profit association Sacro Cuore di Gesù Don Guanella of Fasano, which for over 80 years has been welcoming people with cognitive disabilities and physicists and young people in difficulty.
“Buonavia, small pastry school” is dedicated to the children and young people of the Sacro Cuore di Gesù of Fasano who have been deprived of their parents' affection.
The project finds its roots in the intimate, but fortunately widespread need to offer help and hope for a better future, for a "Good Life". Experienced local professionals who made the excellence in our country, will teach to the Buonavia students a profession and the importance of collaboration, but also love and passion for the world of work and, more specifically, for what art is of the “Pastry Shop”.
The aim of the project is to give to these guys the opportunity to dream of an entrepreneurial future. The pastries and products that students will create, will be sold and the profits will be used to help the graduates start their future businesses.
