The “Serate Pugliese at Canne Bianche” offer our guests the opportunity to experience all the secrets of authentic Puglian slow life: live cooking, handicraft works, popular music, polular dance, and last but not least, lots of traditional food!

Our guests will enjoy a selection of food tastings: from “panzerotti” live to warm mozzarella cheese, from our typical “fornello” of grilled meat to unbelievably fresh pasta, strictly handmade. The grand finale will feature a buffet of typical Apulian sweets and ice-cream. Popular dances will also be performed.

The Serate Pugliesi take place during summer season.
