Terms and conditions

We are happy to finally be able to welcome your furry friend and that they can enjoy a well-deserved holiday together with their owners.

Only dogs and cats under 9 kg (20 lb) are allowed.
Pets must be well trained and behaved but also clean and well kept.

Since only a limited number of rooms are pet-friendly, it is mandatory that the hotel is informed of the presence of a pet at the time of the booking.

Fee: € 35.00 per pet per night, maximum 1 pet under 9 kg per room booked.

The hotel will provide:
• dog bed
• water and food bowls
• a surprise gift for the pet
• info on the pet-friendly areas of the hotel where pets are welcome
• info on the pet-friendly beaches and walking paths nearby
• dog waste bags available at the front desk
• emergency contacts of a vet

Other services available on request and upon availability at a charge:

• dog walker
• pet-sitter
• dedicated pet menu
• day-care nearby and groomer

There are designated areas that will be provided for pet walking and playing.
These are indicated upon arrival. In the pet-friendly areas but also in common areas, pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier. It is also recommended that you bring a muzzle with you.
The owner or person who is looking after the dog is required to collect and dispose of the dog’s waste. Pet waste bins are located near every pet-friendly area.
If you are travelling with a cat, please provide for your cat litter box.

Pets are allowed into the restaurant, but only to the designated areas and only during lunch and dinner. Please book your table in advance so that our restaurant team can assign a table away from other pets or from guests who might be allergic. For breakfast, please ask the hostess or waiter for a suitable table.
Please note that pets cannot be allowed to swim in the pool, but they are welcome to enjoy the pool area in the designated umbrella stations on the lawn.

In Canne Bianche guests have 2 electric car charging stations at their disposal, the cost is €0.50 per KWH

Please note that Fasano City Council (which covers the town of Torre Canne) will be introducing a City tax which is in addition to our room rate according to the legislative decree n 23rd of the 14th March 2011.

City tax is applicable for stays from April 1st until December 31st. This fee is mandatory for all hotels of any category, and for every room type.

The fee must be paid as follows:
– € 4.50 per person per night for guests staying up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights from April 1st to June 14th and from October 16th to December 31st
– € 5.00 per person per night for guests staying up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights from June 15th to October 15th.
– a 50% reduction is applied for users of thermal treatments for therapeutic purposes, on condition that they submit a medical prescription.

Exceptions:
the city tax not applicable for

– children under 12 years (11 years and 11 months)
– residents of Fasano
– guests invited by the Fasano City Council
– 50% reduction for groups of at least 20 people
– people with certified** disabilities or non-autonomous people, and their accompanying persons

*The City tax is subject to change by Fasano City Council without prior notice.
**The exception is applicable on condition that the guest submits a certification.

To confirm the reservation we require a valid credit card at the time of the booking, in some cases a deposit might be needed.
The hotel might check validity of the credit card at any time.

The balance of the reservation must be paid at the cancellation policy deadline, as such the balance can be requested:

• 14 days prior to the arrival as default cancellation policy for refundable plans.
  There may be some exceptions in low season where the cancellation policy may differ*.

Attention: for multiple or group bookings different conditions may apply.

• At the time of the booking – for all travel periods for non-refundable plans.
  *please always refer to payment and cancellation policies that are advised in your voucher or confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy and Fees:
in case of cancellation: default: free cancellation until 15 days before arrival
you will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show

For periods with a different cancellation policy (e.g. 2, 5 or 7, 30 days or more) the 100 % cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received after the cancellation policy deadline indicated and in case of no show. Date amendments and free cancellation cannot be requested after the cancellation policy deadline.

For cancellation requests received within the free cancellation window, any deposit paid will be refunded. However, please note that administration fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please refer to the confirmation email.

We recommend that you take out a travel insurance with a company of your choice.

Non Refundable Rate: you will be charged the total price if you cancel your booking.
